We offer several delivery options depending on how quick you need your new bag! See below for details.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on all purchases over £75.
At certain times of the year there will be promotions available for free delivery. These offers will be promoted throughout the website.
Standard Delivery
Our UK standard delivery cost is £5.50 and takes up to 5 working days.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
We do not use Royal Mail and therefore postal strikes will not affect deliveries.
A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not in, the carrier will leave a calling card, informing you of what to do next.
Premium Delivery
Our premium delivery costs £8.50 and takes 2 working days. The order needs to be placed before midday. We do try and deliver the next day but this is not always possible. In more remote areas this service is not available.
General
We only deliver to the UK at the moment. We also do not deliver to PO box addresses for
security reasons.
There is only one postal charge per order.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We will contact you if there is a delay with the delivery of your bags. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please be aware the items may arrive in separate packages.
Bags and purses can be sent back for refunds or exchanges. Please ensure that the bags are sent back within 14 days of receipt, in new, unused condition and in original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.The original postage will not be refunded.
Returned goods must be sent back via a recorded delivery service with a signature requirement . We are not responsible for goods that go missing.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. You are also responsible for the recorded delivery cost of the returned product. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. On receipt of goods your refund or exchange will be arranged. Once the payment has been refunded, you will receive a confirmation email from bagshowpiece.
Faulty Goods
If your bag is faulty please contact us immediately on customercare@bagshowpiece.com Once the faulty bag is received by bagshowpiece we will give a full refund.
